My name is Jill Ware Askin and I live in Harrisburg, PA with my husband, Clay, and our 3 long haired mini doxies Ginny, Moxie and Ollie. Between the two of us, we have 3 adult children Amber, Jacob, and Derek.
I was born in Missouri and grew up in the small town of El Dorado Springs. My parents are still alive but divorced right after I graduated from high school. I have on older sister and all three still live in the area there.
I am a licensed cosmetologist (MI and PA) and have my instructors license (MI only). But these days, if I’m doing your hair, then you must be dead. I am now a funeral director intern for a not so typical funeral home in Harrisburg. And I can honestly say that I love going to work every day.
In my down time, Clay and I are usually on the golf course, sitting at a local bar imbibing on a local craft beer, watching MLB, or enjoying some convertible therapy in Clay’s little red Miata.
Just a simple person living a simple life. And trying to be a better human being today than I was yesterday.
